Groups Therapy means therapy for groups of 3 or More people. 

Family and Friendship problems do occur and often people push aside their feelings.

However, for some, this is no longer an option. For some, a group is a place where there is no love or safety.

For some people there can be an abundance of love but a lack of trust, or maybe grief is forcing the group apart.

Whatever the issue within your group, together we can sit down and discuss the problem, confront the feelings that are blocking the relationship you wish to have or to end.

Group Therapy is priced at £60 for a 90 minute session.
